The company operates from a fixed location in East Nashville and processes copper-matrix feedstocks — plated scrap, karat-marked jewelry sweeps, filled and cored jewelry, and industrial electrical scrap — into refined gold and silver bullion through a documented hydrometallurgical workflow.
The Principal:
Founder and operator Roger D. Painter, Ph.D., PE is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professor of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Tennessee State University, with a 30-year research and publication record spanning chemical engineering, electrochemistry, and separation chemistry. He is a named inventor on U.S. Patent 9,139,891 (Separation Method for Potassium from Aqueous KOH Solutions, 2015). He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University (1992), an M.S. from the University of Tennessee Space Institute (1989), and a B.S. from the University of Tennessee (1984).
